Chocolate Pots

285 ml Double cream	Heat the cream until almost boiling Leave to cool for 1 minute
200 g Dark chocolate (Lindt 70%)	Add the chocolate Keep mixing until melted and combined
2 Egg yolks 20 g Butter	Beat in egg yolks and butter
2 Egg whites	Whisk egg whites fold into the chocolate mix Spoon into serving pots Chill for 4 hours
