Heat the cream until almost boiling Leave to cool for 1 minute |
| 200 g Dark chocolate (Lindt 70%) |
Add the chocolate Keep mixing until melted and combined |
| 2 Egg yolks 20 g Butter |
Beat in egg yolks and butter |
| 2 Egg whites |
Whisk egg whites fold into the chocolate mix Spoon into serving pots Chill for 4 hours |
